Authoritative marketplace

A marketplace becomes dependable when identity, fare, location, ride, and payment transitions remain under explicit server authority—and release stays gated until the surrounding system is ready.

  1. 01 / State authority

Keep ride and payment state authoritative at the server

Vayro places fare negotiation, geospatial service-zone enforcement, real-time chat and location, and auditable ride and payment state machines across mobile, web, API, and data layers. Client surfaces can request a transition; canonical marketplace state remains server-authoritative.
  2. 02 / Access boundary

Constrain identity, objects, and request volume

The security design combines Argon2id, short-lived JWTs, hashed refresh-token rotation with reuse detection, role and object-level authorization, Redis-backed rate limiting, and browser security headers. The boundary spans identity, ownership, service-zone eligibility, and abuse resistance rather than ending at sign-in.
  3. 03 / Release boundary

Treat readiness as a condition of release

Signed, idempotent Stripe webhook handling, privacy and audit controls, and a May 2026 résumé snapshot of 600 automated tests across API, web, admin, and mobile support the release case. Live-provider validation and marketplace operation remain explicit pre-launch gates—not completed outcomes.
